Reverie is a serious sleep-support blend not just chamomile in a paper bag with a picture of a moon on it. Built around four clinically-studied botanicals, each targeting a different stage of the wind-down process: relaxation of the nervous system, reduction of anxiety, promotion of sleep onset, and extension of deep sleep. This is what a functional sleep tea actually looks like.

What's Inside:

 

       🌸 Butterfly Pea Flower - Beyond its antioxidant properties, butterfly pea flower contains flavonoids that have shown mild anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects in clinical studies. It sets both the colour and the tone visually calming and functionally appropriate for an evening blend.

       🌼 Organic Chamomile - One of the most widely researched relaxation herbs in the world. Apigenin chamomile's active compound binds to GABA receptors in the brain, the same pathway targeted by prescription sleep medications, producing a calming effect without dependence. Shown in multiple trials to reduce time to sleep onset and improve sleep quality scores.

       💜 Organic Lavender - Inhalation and ingestion of lavender have both been shown to reduce cortisol, lower heart rate, and improve subjective sleep quality. The linalool in lavender acts on the central nervous system. It is not just pleasant it is physiologically active.

       🌱 Organic Valerian Root - The heaviest hitter in this blend. Valerian root has been used for insomnia since ancient Greece, and modern trials back it up: shown to reduce sleep latency, increase deep sleep duration, and improve morning alertness without next-day sedation. It works best with consistent use over 2–4 weeks.

 

Caffeine-Free. No melatonin. No synthetic sedatives. No artificial anything.

 

How to Brew:

Add 4g to water at 90–95°C. Steep for 5–7 minutes. Drink 30–60 minutes before bed.

⚠ Valerian root may enhance sedative medication effects. Not suitable during pregnancy. Consult your GP if you are taking any medications.
